What I collect

When you send a brief through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), business or website, the service you are interested in and your message.

With that brief, the form also records the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags (UTM source, medium and campaign) in the link you arrived through.

When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email, phone and the time you choose.

When you browse: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and send you the information you asked for.

To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so the site and its marketing can be improved.

I do not sell your information, and I do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists you did not ask to join.

Text messages

If you give a phone number, I may text you about your enquiry or booking, such as a reply or an appointment reminder. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Services that process it

GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) — the CRM where enquiries and bookings are stored, and the booking calendar itself.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics.

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting for this website and the contact form.

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — only if you choose to message me there.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy and security commitments.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will keep working.

The site also stores a few preferences in your browser: your light or dark theme choice, your accessibility settings, and, for the length of your visit, the campaign tags you arrived with. These never leave your device unless you send a brief.

How long I keep it

Enquiries and booking details are kept for as long as they are useful to our conversation or working relationship, and for as long as records must be kept for tax or legal reasons. Ask and I will delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States may give you further rights; I will honour them.
